Unfortunately, WRMK signed a deal with HSN to debut their product with an "exclusive" 30 day clause. The problem with this, is that independent scrapbook store owners purchased these punches for presale at LAST January's CHA - in January 2011. They have not been delivered to the independent stores yet, awaiting the "deal" with HSN. This has caused order cancellations, and various problems for independent store owners, who were promised their product and signed an agreement with WRMK over a year ago for a presale pricing deal. To not only undercut the pricing for independent business owners, but to also make them wait out the 30-day exclusive deal with HSN before shipping orders placed over a YEAR AGO? That's just not acceptable!! I will NEVER buy another WRMK product again.
